		<description>I had a trainer like that :) &quot;eat more&quot; he told me, and led the way by example of donuts and hotdogs, cokes and candy bars. It took me a few months to find a serious web site, but when I did, I quickly progressed and left him standing in his tracks (going backwards, getting fatter all the time).

Incidentally, I also use that criterium on doctors - why would I listen to what a doctor tells me about health if he looks sick himself (overweight, dull complexion, no sparkle in the eye ...) ?</description>
